Sanctionign the estimate for making a road to teh Spring of water (dhobies ghat ) on the north side of the Contonment of Mussoelie amountign to rs. 139-4-00. and requests the board will explain under what circunstance the work has been completed without any repot having been made of govt. on apprently to the Board al the the expenditure has been close on 1400 rs.
