With refrence to a letter of the 6 December last, transmit, copy of one from the Mily Auditor General reporting relative to the number of Pension Pay master proposed for the Bombay Presidencfy solicits particular attention to the 2nd and the last, toparagarph there of states that the Govt cannot recommend that the Payments of shoudl be made of longer entermates than 3months fearing that even a charge to this extent from heauthing payments may be attended with partial incurrence reqarding and care arrangement to obivate but the great difference of charges betwen the whole of the Mensem Pay Master.
