With reference to their Despatch no. 653 of the 24th June last transmitting for information & for Communication to the party concerned Extract of a Mily letter from the Honble the Court of Director's to the Governor of Bengal stating that they concur with Govt. in Considering the Keddah operation for the season 1849/50 as conducted by Ensign Sibley to have been satisfactory.
