With reference to a Government letter of 17th Febuary 1849 submit a Bill amounting to Co Rs 1647-0-9 being less than the authorized amount of Estimate by rs 152-10-5 drawn by the Ex engineer 1st Division for making up Guard rooms at Dum Dum.
