In continuation of his no. 3182 of 9th novr. forwards extract proceeding of the bombay govt. and solicits the sanction and final approval of the govr. genl of India to the arrangement made for accupying nusseerabad and neemuch and carrying out the instruction conveyed in secy colonel stuaits despatches dated 25th oct. and 13th and 20th nov last.
