Engr 5th Division Public Works Letter Of the 10th Dec. last the subject of which is in ecculpation of as he states his Characters.-Regarding to be allowed. a copy of the proceeding of the court of Engr. which it has been supposed made for in a letter from this DEpt. of the 28th Novr. last.
