Decision that British subjects of Indian decent, evacuated from any Empire country should be made eligible for appointment on equal terms with candidates of Indian domicile to the various posts and services under the Central Government and the conditions laid down in the various Recruitment Rules requiring a candidate to be a British subject domiciled in India should be waived in their favour.
