1. Enquiry from Western India Automobile Association, Bombay, whether for encouraging and facilitating International touring, the Government of India would be prepared to admit bona fide tourists from certain specified countries into British India without Passports, provided that such specified countries gave similar facilities to residents of British India. 2. Decision that Government of India are unable to accede to the proposal that bona fide tourists from certain contries should be admitted into British India without Passports.
