Intimates that the Govt. of India have had under consideration the system of education at present existing in India and especially that part of the system which relates to what is called primary education, and forwards, for information and approval, copy of the instructions issued for the guidance of a Commission which has been appointed to Enquirer into the present position of education in this country.
