Issue of orders to the Frontier Customs officer`s at Peshawar, Quetta and Parachinar to allow the Afghanistan Trade Agents at those places to inspect all invoices of goods exported from India to Afghanistan during the period Oct. 1928 to 1929 on which refund of Indian import customs duties was claimed on re-export.
