Issue of orders to the Frontier Customs Officers at peshawar, Quetta and Parachinar to allow the Afghan Trade Agents at those places to inspect all invoices of goods exporte from India to Afghanistan during the period October 1929 to October 1930 on which refund of Indian import customs duties was claimed on re-export.
