Proposal that until a decision is reached in regard to the increased rate of pay (Rs. 2,500) recommended to the Public Services Commission for the appointment of Commissioner of Police, Bombay, the present incumbent Mr. S.M. Edwards, I.C.S., may be granted a personal allowance of Rs. 700 a month.
