Refers for consideration a proposal submitted by the Government of the North-Western Provinces and Oudh to extend to those Provinces the provision of Act 24 and 25 Vic., Cap. 67, touching the making of Laws and Regulations for the peace and good government of the Presidencies of Fort St. George and Bombay.
