With reference to Para: 2 of his Dis: No. 5 dt. 20th January last transmit Copy of a letter from Mr. Tendall Thompson together with Copy of the letter, addressed to him in reply relative to his conduct in neglecting to give effect to the orders of the Government of the N. W. Provinces directing proceedings to be taken for the confiscation of the Kydgunge Quarter of the Town of Allahabad.
