Appointment of Mr. H.A. Herbert as Additional Legal Remembrancer, Punjab, on Rs. 1,500 per mensem plus fees at the rate of Rs. 100 per day for Court work, and of R.B. Pandit Sheo Narain as Officiating Government Advocate on Rs. 1,200 per mensem from 5th to the 31st May 1919.
