Visit of His Excellency the Viceroy to Bikaner in November 1937. (2) Exclusion of the Heir-Apparent of His Highness the Maharaja of Bikaner from the Procession.(3) Decision that in ceremonial programmes connected with Viceregal visits to States, the terms ``H.E.the Viceroy`` and `` Political Secretary `` should be employed in place of ``H.E. the Crown Representative `` and `` Secretary to the Crown Representative `` respectively. (4) Decision that during Return Visit Ceremonials H.E. the Viceroy will remain standing while the Ruler presents itr and pan to the Resident, Political Secretary, etc., and that this principle should be brought to the notice of the Military Secretary to the Viceroy when programmes are prepared. (5) Question whether the Under Secretary, Political Department should lbe present at ceremonials connected with His Excellency`s visit to India States.
