1. Visit of H.E. the viceroy (Lord Linlithgow) to Rewa in Dec. 1939 2. Decision that ordinary ceremonials should be observed at Viceregal visits during the war, and on Sundays. 3. Decision that a Ruler should invariably be introduced to the viceroy by the Resident when H.E. arrival in a State is public, but that no General rule should be prescribed for Private visits.
