With reference to this Office No. 4783, dated 22nd September last, offers opinion, and submits, with other papers, Tabular Statement, showing the financial effect of the whole arrangement proposed relative to the appointment of a separate Recorder for Rangoon and for Moulmein. Requests that the papers be sent to Mr. Pitt Kennedy, formerly Recorder, for his opinion.
