Adoption by the Courts of Justices of the peace and the High Court of Madras in the exercise of the original criminal Jurisdiction over European British subjects in the Mysore State, the principles of classification of prisoners laid down in the Home Deptt. letter No. S-196, dated the 19th February 1930. Delegation to the Resident in Mysore the powers of a local Govt. to review the classification of all A. and B. Class prisoners.
