Fixation of pay under rule 2018 -B(FE22-C) of Government servants selected through open competition of ra higher post - clarified that pay should be fixed at the rate as specificaly recommended by the UPSC/Rly service commission or otherwise pay should be fixed under FR 22-C under normal rules.
