Proposal that a Chaplain who, before completing full service for a retiring or superannuation pension is after the date of the severence of the connection between the Church of England and the Church of England in India, appointed to a Bishopric in the Indian Church , May be granted a gratuity or pension according to the scale for a gratuity and pension on medical certificate laid down in Art 599 C.S.R. with effect from the date on which he resigns Govt. service.
