Civil Pensions (Commutation) Rules -- Decision that when an applicant for commutation of pension, whose age for the purpose was directed by the medical authority to be taken as greater than his actual age makes a request within the period prescribed in the proviso to rule 6(1) of -------------- that the amount to be commuted may be reduced, the request should be treated as a new application.
