The Government of India state that they reasons to believe that a part of opium is kept by opium cultivators in Bengal. They therefore request that the subject may receive due attention at the hands of Revenue and Opium officers. The Board asked to notice in their Opium Administration Report what amount of attention has been given to the subject by both the Revenue and Opium officers.
