Decision that a standing exemption in favour of the Govt. of India clerks from the provisions of Articles 147 and 335, C. S. R., should bot be made so as to give them half pay during long leave, notwithstanding the principle of no extra expense when leave is taken by officer on less pay than Rs. 100 a month.
