Ruling of this Dept. that a Military Officer in civil employ who may accumulate privilege leave for 3 months under the Covenanted Civil Service Absentee Rules agreeably to Financial Notification No.5914 dated 28th November 1863 can devide that accumulated leave into two periods under the Rules applicable to Covenanted Civil Servants.
