Fundamental Rule 22.- Amendment to the provision to -- as regards the fixation of intial pay of a Government servant appointed substantively to a post on a time scale of pay, whose pay in a temporary post, last held by him on the same or indentical time scale, had been inflated by the grant of advance increments.
