Decision that the cost of opium and other excisable commodities supplied to Indian states and recoveries from Indian States for opium etc., supplied should be credited to the Central /Federal Govt.Decision that the cost of opim etc., supplied to administered areas should be provided for in the Crow budget and that revenue from `Excise` should similarly be treated as receipts in the Crown budget.
