Question of provision of a guard of honour to the Rajpramukh of Rajasthan on important State occasion like the opening of the sessions of the Legislative Assembly etc. Decision that the opening of a session of the Leglislative Assembly is not an occasion on which it would be appropriate for the Army to provide a guard of Honour.
