Minute and Resolutions of the Board on the Letter from Mr.J.Duncan, Resident at Benares, dated the 29th March, modifying some of the articles of the regulations passed by the Resident at Benares for the collection of custom duties there, confirming the rest, approving the several establishments fixed for the Custom Houses and Commercial Courts, and directing the Resident to submit monthly to the Board the Proceedings of such Courts at Benares, Mirzapore, Ghazipore and Jaunpore.
