Duplicate letter from the Supercargoes at Canton , proposing certain measures so that they may be furnished with supplies for the provision of the investment of 1785-86, without the necessity of species being exported from Bengal, regarding their inablity to discharge the bills drawn on them by the president and Council of Fort Marlbor, on account of the pepper laden on the Northumberland , and transmitting an account of the proceeds of the opium sent them by the Nonsuch in 1782.
