Draft of a letter to the Supercargoes at Canton explaining why the destination of many of the China ships has been changed and why no treasure can be supplie to them during the present season initmating that their consignments for Fort Marlbro, have been receive and forwarded, enclosing the bill of lading of a quantity of lead originally consigned to them but left at Bengal in 1781, and requesting to be furnished with an account of the proceeds of opium shipped on the Nonsuch in 1782.
