Letter from Capt. Francis Pinkerton, commanding the 28th Regiment , soliciting tht his own accounts and those of the regiment which he submitted onthe 13th December, 1784 , but which were rejected , may be passed without a referecne being again made to the Presidency of Madras which might occasion oa great delay in settling the accounts of the regiment.
