Mercerthe account of loss caused by him by throwing overboard 994 bags of rice, acknowledging receipt of 3 lakhs of rupees, and enclosing a copy oa an account of seltpetre received from the Blake and a copy of account deficiency of the mary cargo with the protest of the Commander.
