Draft of a letter to the Board of Trade , informing that no money can be spared them from the public funds for the provision of the investment for 1782-83 intimating tht the goods in the warehouse and the quanity whch may be expexted from the curungs will furnish sufficient cargoes for most of the Europe ships directing them to cenfine the lading of each ship to the quantity of tonnage at which she is chrtered intimaing that they intend to adopt a plan for obtaining a fund for the provision of an investment by private subscriptions enclosing a copy of theplan and requesting them to elect three commissaries by balto to whom the charge and execution of theplan will be entrusted.
