Draft of a letter to the President and Council of Fort St. George, enclosing certain papers and the invoice and bill of lading of the cargoes of the Queen,Fortitude, and Chapman, intimating that the Captains of the above ship have sent protest against any damage to their ships. requesting them to get their packets for Europe ready for the Swallos which will be despatched very soon, acquainting them with the representation received from the Captains of country vessels , and requesting them to arrange soem remedy there to, and be send a quanity of redwood to the Presicency of Bengal.
