Letter from the President and Council of Fort St. George, intimatin the despatch of 7 anchors and 129 chests of small arms on the Snow Elizapeth, reporting that the Tartar and Balndford before being sept to Bengal will be despatched to their northern Subordinacies for supplies of grain and that their cargoes will be transhipped and despatched on the Lord Mulgarve and the Deptford, intimating that only the Grosvenor has sailed for Europe convoyed by the squadron, stating that they have been obliged to raise the rates of exchange on bills on the Court of Directors, and forwarding copies of sundry papers delivered in by the Assay Master as well as some musters on gold.
