Under the circumstances stated by that officers a promissory note in the terms of the Duenneal Loan has been issued in Exchquer for the Cirtificat granted to Mr. Alexender Mulls by the Government of Fort Marlbro & Bills on the Court of Directors granted for the arrears of Interst. The Measure in this instance adopted by the Government of fort Marlbro was irregular and in future no subscriptions to Loans at this presidency are to be recived at Fort Marlbro without experss directions.
