To Council - With an extract /Para 199-202/ from a Public General letter from the Court of Directors dated 19th May last - Request that an Account of the Military expences be furnished and a report shewing what degree of Civil charges may have fallens short of the limited Amounting of sum of Rs.1,50,000 also to report on the point relating to the existence of habits and to adopt measures for the reduction of the establishment entertaned on Account Military Students.
