Per Month - and enclose copies of Rules & Regulations for the guidance of the officers holding the situation of 1st and 2nd Surveyor & of the Master Builder. State that the latter officer accedes to all the propositions in the proposed Regulations, but complains of the inadequacy of his allowances, on which point offer their suggestions.
