To Messers Stewart & Robertson - Stating that Government having taken into consideration a report received from the Committee appointed to enquire into circumstances connected with the Marine Registly Office & the necessity of continuing & maintaining it as a Government Establishment also that Government consider the Insurance Offices to be pledged in honour & equity to defray the whole of the expenses on account of the Institution up to this date, and that those Offices which have seceded thereform will immediately perceive the propriety of paying up their arrears of contribution.
