To Acting Resident - In reply to Mr. Bonhams letter of the 3rd. April last states that that Gentleman is authorized to draw a separate allowance of 250 Dollers per month on account of Table money during the period he officiated as Resident which allowance the Acting Resident is also authorized to draw while acting in the above Capacity.
