To Board - In reply - Approves of the Instruction issued by the Board to the Accountant for the purpose of ascertaining the amount of Commission received by Captain Jameson in order to its being refunded. The Commissioner of 1 Per Cent on the Pilotage Collections drawn by the Marine Paymaster also to Cease from the present date agreeably to the orders of the Honble Court dated 13th September 1815 - Authorizes the continuance of the Batta to the 1st & 2nd Assistant pending the result of a reference which will be made for the orders of the Honble Court on the subject.
