From Secretary Military Orphan Society - In reply to letter of 26th Ultimo - addressed to the Managers of the Society Intimates that the Bills will hereafter be made out for the true number of copies issued above 100 whatever the Work may be and not as heretofore for 500 but the Managers cannot in any case charge for a less number than 100. Requests that an Advertizement may be issued informing Public Officers that the Orphan Press has the exclusive privilege of printing for Government.
