From Board - Submit proceedings of a Committee of Inquiry into the conduct of Mr. Mate Pilot W. Coward on charges preferred against him by the Master Attendant while in Pilotage charge of the Brig Mary and most improper conduct in having thrown up such charge and left the Vessel in a dangerous situation. Suggest that Mr. Coward be removed to the Pension List on the usual Pension of his rank from the date of the issue of the orders of Government in his case.
