To Officiating Superintendant - Acknowledge the foregoing and states that the G. G. in C. coucurs with him in opinion that two months should be the limit beyond which complants alout macurate or lost messages should not in ordinary cases be admitted and accordingly authoriges him to notify that a claim for refund will not be admitted in such cases if preferred after the losse of 2 month from the Eate on which the message was tendered for transmission.
