To Hamid Ally Khan - With reference to hisa petition dated 16th March last - respecting his claim to be admitted as a permanent Member of the Local Committee of Public Instruction at Delhi acquaints that the members of the Committee have dejected to his readmission to the deliberations of the Committee but propose to furnish him with copies of their proceedings whenever he may apply for it & that he is entitled to place on recordc any observations he may desire in connection with the object of his appointment viz# to watch over the appropriation of the donation of his relative Newab Ismudool Dawlah- these arrangements have been authorized to be carried out by the Lieut Governer.
