Secretary North Western Provinces - In reply to Mr. Secretary # letter of the 25th October last - regarding the claims of Hamid Ally Khan to be considered as a member of the Local Committee of Public Instruction at delhie states that the Lieut Governer had full personal communication with the members of the Committee on the subject when at Delhie & forwards copy of letter from the Director of Public Instruction North Western Provinces containing the proposals which have been submitted after the discussion of the matter with the Lieut Governer by the Committee 7 which have met with the recommendation of the Director of Public Instruction and which the Lieut Governer also proposes may at present be adopted.
