To Director Genreal Post Office In reply inferms that the local Government have been addressed with the view of ensuring attantion on the # of public officers to Post Office rules 29 and 36 and requests him to instract the several Post Master to allow Dispatches above the prescribed weight of 12 tolaps to be conveyed by letter Dak on the writton requsction of a Secretary to Government or of the Secretary to the Chief Commander Punjab.
