From Military Board - In reply to letter of 2nd August. Submit an Estimate by the Civil Architect for repairing the Premises of the late Import Warehouse amounting to Sum of Rs. 10946.5.5 think the proposed expense would be both extravagant and useless and that if would be advisable if a House is required, to build an entirely New one, or a portion of the Upper Storey might be removed and the remainder of the Building repaired & let to the best advantage.
