Submit copy letter from the Superintending Engineer Lower Provinces Suggesting a reference to Govt. on the Subject of dismantting the Mily. Building at Hazareebaugh & stating that the Buildings have been orginally badly built having been constructed in hurry, to gether with annual retruns of the Buildings observe that the Barracks having been unocupied since the year 1842 must Have gratly deteriorated that there appears no probability of these Military Buildings being ever again occupied and that Keeping them in repair is there fore only incurring an useless expence and think they might be dismantted and the materials sold to advantage.
